I know what it’s like to be young, make a so-so income, and feel like saving money is something other people can do, but not you.

You pay your bills. You’re not going on expensive shopping sprees. You try to be careful with your money, and yet somehow there’s still nothing left at the end of the month. It’s frustrating, especially when you feel like you’re already doing everything you’re supposed to do.

But I’ve learned that the reason someone can’t seem to save money isn’t always black and white.

Here, I talk about some of the reasons saving money can feel so difficult, even when you genuinely feel like you’re doing everything right.
